Tame Impala at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory
Tame Impala is the psychedelic music project of Australian singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Kevin Parker. Formed in Perth in 2007, the project is known for its dreamy blend of psychedelic rock, synth-pop, and indie rock. Parker writes and records the studio music largely on his own; on tour, he performs with a full band.
The group's acclaimed albums include Lonerism and Currents, with fan favorites such as “The Less I Know the Better,” “Let It Happen,” “Elephant,” and “Feels Like We Only Go Backwards.” Tame Impala's live identity combines the band's layered sound with immersive lighting and visuals. Tame Impala Arlington reviews
Katt Williams !
"I wanted to see more of Tame Impala, I loved the performers, but I enjoyed the show. The show actually didn't start until 9 pm, it was supposed to start at 8pm. The DJ kept playing music because not enough people had arrived yet, I guess? People need to get there on time, but whatever. Some of the comedians were really funny! Too Short performed and I loved getting up and dancing. I really feel like we did not see enough of Tame Impala, I wish I had caught some of the money he was throwing into the crowd. I expected it to be like ALL of his other performances where he spoke for an hour, or an hour and a half but we only saw him for about 5 minutes at a time and all together for no more than like 30 minutes max. When the show ended, I sat in my seat wondering, "that's it??" I was disappointed. I wanted more Tame Impala!!!!!"
